Real estate veteran Horrigan is one of only six residential marketing professionals in Sarasota and Manatee counties out of 900 nationally to hold the distinguished MIRM (Member Institute of Residential Marketing) designation. Armed with a 30-year career in real estate development consulting, new home construction, marketing and sales management, and 15 years in land-use related governmental positions, Horrigan offers RSVP clients a wealth of knowledge coupled with a warm and facilitative approach.

As division president of Calprop Corporation in the San Francisco Bay Area from 1986 to 1991, Horrigan increased the home builder's business from $5 million to more than $50 million per year in revenue. As a development consultant and sales and marketing specialist, Horrigan's long list of successful real estate endeavors includes: initial project design for United Park City Mines Company's Flagstaff Mountain properties in Deer Valley Resort, Park City, Utah; La Ventana, a 92-unit, $36 million townhome property in San Carlos, California; Eagle Creek Country Club, a $126.9 million golf and tennis neighborhood in Naples, Florida; and Panther Ridge, a 4,600-acre, $70 million country estate community. He opened RSVP Associates in 1991.

A licensed broker in Utah and Florida, Horrigan has been recognized with numerous awards including Million Dollar Circle awards, Platinum Sales Manager, and a MAME award for Best Architectural Design.

Currently residing on the Braden River with his wife Carol (who hails from a family of eight in London), Horrigan spends his leisure time playing "tour guide" host to his European family and friends, traveling, fishing and boating.

DeWitt has consistently ranked in the Top 1-percent of Sarasota and Manatee county Realtors since she earned her real estate license in 1995. Her yearly sales volume averages more than $20 million. As a professional equestrian and one of the first owners of an equestrian estate in Panther Ridge, DeWitt understands the specific needs of buyers and sellers of country and equestrian estate properties.

Whether she's competing at shows or marketing an equestrian estate, DeWitt combines style, grace and innate abilities that have led her into the winner's spotlight in both arenas. She is an avid Pilates and ballet fan, and studies with Florida Ballet Association's Denise White.

DeWitt belongs to the Manatee Board of Realtors and the Sarasota Board of Realtors. She lives with her husband, Gregory, in Panther Ridge, where she tends to her large family of horses, rescued cats and puppies.

Lindsay, a native of the UK, has enjoyed a sunshine filled life in Sarasota for 8 years. “I would live nowhere else in the world! Gabrielle has lived in the Sarasota area for 30 years and is a graduate of USF with a degree in business, which helped prepared her for a career in office administration. From 1995-2001, Gabrielle worked for Salomon Smith Barney. She joined RSVP Associates in 2005 and her extensive knowledge of office administration and the inner workings of real estate is what makes RSVP Associates run smoothly. She recently moved to Bradenton with her husband and daughter. She enjoys boating, gardening, shopping, and spending time with her family and friends.
